Jmac13 I have been looking forward to this album since I heard that you were thinking about putting some songs together. You know that I am a huge fan of your music - the way you put the beat and lyrics together is amazing, I seriously can't get enough of it.

about

In the Ruins of Dreamland by A.K.A. Fisher is an unusual LP and represents an allegorical musical tale themed around an abandoned amusement park. This "soft concept album," inspired by A.K.A. Fisher's own life story and executive-produced by A.K.A. Fisher, is a Christ-centered, collaborative hip hop album featuring performances by HeeSun Lee, KJ-52, ASAP Preach, Xay Hill, GiGi of AFTL, BRM, Erik Stephen, Old Man Xero, Chosen Be Nice, Wrecktify, Average Joe of Meek Heroes, Brandon T, EJay Rook, Golden Goose, Deon Gladney, Gems of Grace, Autumn Star, The I.O.G., The Disciple, and Denisse Burks, as well as production by A.K.A. Fisher, Tino Hitz, J-Notez, Innerman Music, and Eli Ramzy.

"The album is about letting go," A.K.A. Fisher explains, "It's about trusting God enough to let go of what we thought we needed, coming to terms with that, and realizing that God's ways are higher than our own and God's plans are always better than anything we could have come up with."

"This album is the breath of fresh air we did not know we needed," Denisse Burks assures, "The very essence of who God is is weaved into these words and melodies.... This album is a journey filled with deliverance, breakthrough, healing, and closeness with God."
